In addition to analysing, advising on and implementing applicable standards, I prepare and analyse contracts related to new technologies, including: licence agreements, website development and maintenance agreements, contracts with IT service providers, or e-commerce agreements, for example, and many others.
If necessary, I also negotiate with contractors and represent clients in court proceedings.

Due to the dynamic technological development, the law in this area is constantly developing and adapting to the changing needs and challenges of society.
