In today’s digitally driven world, the storage and processing of personal data has become an integral part of many activities. Existing standards regulate the collection, storage and processing of such data and ensure the protection of privacy and information security.

In recent years, stricter standards have entered the national legal system, imposing a number of obligations on businesses regardless of whether their activities are based on the processing of personal data. Violation of the procedures imposed by the law is unfortunately associated with severe economic sanctions, so I place great emphasis on informing clients about the obligations incumbent on them.

In order to properly assess your situation, I usually start our cooperation by conducting a RODO compliance audit to assess whether the activities and procedures undertaken in the company comply with the requirements of data protection.

On the basis of the aforementioned audit, I try to indicate to you whether and which changes in a specific case are necessary to ensure full compliance.

If there is a need, I help to develop and implement procedures that meet the requirements of the law. I endeavour to ensure that the documents I create clearly and comprehensibly inform users (contractors) about the data collected, the purposes of processing and their rights.

In addition to privacy policies, I prepare and analyse contracts, information clauses and other provisions of the RODO that you encounter when conducting business and cooperating with other entrepreneurs. I assist in negotiating contracts with data processors, including, for example, IT service providers or accounting service providers.

To ensure that the standards are fully implemented within the company’s structures, I organise training for employees to raise their awareness of data protection.

In the event of disputes relating to a breach of RODO, I also represent Clients before supervisory authorities, such as the Office for the Protection of Personal Data. I strive to protect the interests of the Principals in order to minimise the risk of sanctions.
