Many years of professional practice have allowed me to develop extensive experience in legal representation before common courts, the Supreme Court and administrative authorities, the WSA and the NSA.

In my view, proper representation absolutely requires a multidisciplinary approach to matters. Indeed, it is very rare that the entrusted issue requires knowledge only in the area of a single field; knowledge drawn from many branches of law is often necessary.

I consider fluency in Russian, as well as the ability to handle cases in English, to be an asset that allows me to provide client representation without language barriers.

BANKRUPTCY, RESTRUCTURING, ENFORCEMENT

I also use my professional experience in legal assistance in the field of bankruptcy and corporate restructuring, both from the perspective of the debtor and the creditor. I also conduct consumer bankruptcy proceedings. I also represent clients in enforcement proceedings. I realise that the changes involved are often very difficult for you. I strive to provide you with full support and legal advice at every stage of the above mentioned processes.

I assist clients in developing strategies, negotiating with creditors and preparing the documents necessary to file for bankruptcy or carry out restructuring.

My overriding aim is therefore to help them regain stability and develop further ground.

CRIMINAL LAW, CRIMINAL FISCAL LAW, OFFENCES AND ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS

I provide legal support in criminal, misdemeanour, criminal fiscal and enforcement proceedings regardless of their scale and complexity.

I have, based on years of practice, experience both in handling complex economic crime cases and in representing Clients in the most minor cases. I strive to provide an individual approach to each case entrusted to me, tailoring my services to the specific needs and expectations of the Principal. I assist Clients in understanding their rights and obligations, and represent their interests before law enforcement agencies and common courts and the Supreme Court.

I provide legal support through ongoing advice, participation in procedural activities and drafting of pleadings, including appeals.

ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

I provide legal assistance in the area of administrative matters at every stage, from submitting an application, through participation in evidence proceedings, to challenging a decision in an appeal, complaint for reopening of proceedings or in proceedings concerning annulment of an administrative decision. I also provide legal assistance in the area of court representation before the Supreme Administrative Court and the Supreme Administrative Court.

Due to the broad scope of the subject matter, by way of example, representation in matters relating to construction law, expropriation proceedings, environmental protection or public procurement can be mentioned here (for more information, see the "more" tab).

Based on my experience of working with individuals, institutions and businesses alike, I aim to conduct proceedings with minimal litigation risk.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY LAW

I support clients in building and implementing strategies for the protection of intellectual and industrial property. The legal assistance I provide covers a wide range of activities related to the protection of, inter alia, copyrights, patents and trademarks.

When performing a compliance audit, I try to tailor actions to the actual needs of the client. I also provide support in the area of due diligence prior to rights transfer transactions. Of course, I carry out the registration procedure and support clients in obtaining protection certificates. Within the scope of cooperation, I supervise protection periods and conduct legal investigations in the case of suspected infringements of intellectual and industrial property rights.

I draft and analyse agreements concerning the transfer or use of rights, including licence agreements. I also represent Principals in court proceedings.
