I provide legal support in criminal, misdemeanour and criminal fiscal cases. Regardless of their scale and complexity. I have, based on years of practice, experience both in handling complex cases in the area of economic crime and in representing Clients in the most minor cases. I strive to provide an individual approach to each Client, tailoring services to specific needs and expectations. I help clients to understand their rights and obligations, and I represent their interests before law enforcement agencies and common courts and the Supreme Court.

I specialise in various areas such as economic crimes, property crimes, corruption crimes, drug crimes, crimes against life and health, and many others. Regardless of the scale of the case, I represent clients at all stages of criminal proceedings.

Also in the case of misdemeanour cases, I provide advice and representation to clients in cases involving violations of the law, such as traffic offences, fiscal offences, administrative offences and many others.

In the area of criminal tax law, in addition to providing legal advice, I provide representation before tax inspection authorities and the court in cases involving violations of tax laws. I am experienced in representing clients in allegations of tax avoidance, VAT extortion, tax fraud and other tax violations.

As part of my legal assistance I therefore implement, inter alia:

• legal support at the pre-trial and jurisdictional stages (i.e. after an indictment has been filed in court);
• representation during procedural actions, thus not only during hearings (before the ordinary courts and the Supreme Court), but also during interrogations, examinations by experts and confrontations;
• I draft the required pleadings, including requests for the taking of evidence, private and public prosecutions and appeals, including complaints, appeals, complaints about the lengthiness of proceedings, cassation complaints or applications for the reopening of proceedings;
• defence in enforcement proceedings, and therefore concerning the implementation of the sentence imposed, including the decision on the interruption of the sentence or the application of the institution of electronic surveillance;
• Legal support in compensation proceedings for wrongful conviction;
