ABOUT THE CHANCELLERY

Dear Sirs,
The vast amount of information on the type and scope of legal services certainly does not make it easy for the person seeking support to make a choice of attorney.
In considering how to bring you up to date with the law firm's profile, I have therefore decided to start with a factor that is the foundation of any good cooperation. This factor is namely mutual trust and the resulting conviction that the entrusted issue will be analysed comprehensively and with due commitment.
As Antoine-Gaspard Boucher d'Argis used to say, 'You cannot be an exemplary lawyer if you are not a decent human being'. This maxim fully reflects my attitude to the cases entrusted to me, but also my approach in life.
As you know, it is the absolute duty of a lawyer to act solely for the benefit of his or her client. The above-mentioned norm equates not only with the need to take all measures prescribed by law to protect the Principal's legal interest, but also with a fair presentation of the chances of obtaining the expected results.
Even where case law or legal doctrine is inconsistent, I try to present you with all the scenarios and chances of winning that I know of. Sometimes it turns out that we can resolve an issue through one of the many forms of amicable dispute resolution available in the legal system.
It is easier for an attorney, as a person who is not emotionally involved in the dispute that has arisen, to reliably assess the situation and bring the parties' disputed positions closer together.
Now that we have established the above, let me point out some of the information that makes up my professional experience to date.
Many years of professional practice have allowed me to develop extensive experience in legal representation before common courts, the Supreme Court and administrative authorities, the WSA and the NSA.
In my view, proper representation absolutely requires a multidisciplinary approach to matters. Indeed, it is very rare that the entrusted issue requires knowledge only in the area of a single field; knowledge drawn from many branches of law is often necessary.
Construction law requires knowledge in the area of civil law, administrative law and even public procurement law (in the area of publicly financed investments). This is even more noticeable in the area of due diligence and legal services for companies, including commercial companies, where the issues and interests of the company and the shareholders intermingle.
In the area of personal cases, as you yourself know, life writes many different scenarios, prompting an assessment of the situation in terms of civil law (including family and guardianship law or inheritance law), but also criminal and administrative law.
In legal services, we cannot forget the needs arising from the use of modern technologies (e-commerce, IT legal support) or new areas of protection such as RODO and intellectual property.
A proficient lawyer must also find his or her way into the assessment of the client's financial and organisational condition, including whether we can speak of restructuring, bankruptcy or conversion in a particular case. Sometimes assistance is also required in the area of enforcement.
I consider fluency in Russian, as well as the ability to handle cases in English, to be an asset that allows me to provide client representation without language barriers.
